Role Overview
We’re currently looking for someone to join our Corporate Benefits team as a Health Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with 2-3 consultants, supporting them and our customers with varied administration tasks (renewals, invoices, quotes, policies, claims, queries).
Responsibilities
* Understand and work within Corporate Benefits Compliance procedures at all times
* Uphold Corporate Benefits ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ ethics in all dealings with clients
* Ensure Benefex data protection policy is always adhered to
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of Benefex systems and processes
* Maintain the security of the premises and the data held within it and to ensure that any data processed is completed in a secure environment in accordance with the Information Security Policy and associated documents
* Market Reviews:
o Request quotations
o Chase insurers for terms
o Draft broking reports for the Consultants
o SME reporting to providers and customers
o Loading employee data files
* Other:
o Ensure all scheme documentation is in place for new business and renewals
o Ensure that Corporate Benefits Trackers are kept up to date
o Request/check/issue policy documents
o Ensure scheme specifications are kept up to date
o Assist customers and providers on any queries
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 1 year experience working within employee benefits
* Have basic Excel skills
* You are an effective communicator
* Demonstrate first-class time management skills, and able to adhere to tight deadlines
* Good analytical skills
* Someone who is adaptable to working with a range of changing portfolios and consultants
* Show initiative and able to confidently approach tasks
* A team player or is willing to support colleagues should they need it
* Nice to have:
o IF7 certification
