We are looking to appoint an exceptional professional who is both ambitious and committed to teaching Art and Photography. You will join a highly successful and talented team who strive to bring out the best in our students and promote success within the team. The role will involve teaching Art and Photography and would be suitable for an ECT or an Art and Photography teacher who is looking to develop their experience. Art & Photography are extremely popular choices at Debden, & students are highly successful at both GCSE & A Level.

The Art and Photography delivers an exceptional curriculum experience for students through inventive, well planned & resourced schemes that are constantly reflected upon. We are part of a family of schools within the Kemnal Academies Trust. Every week staff take part in 2 hours of Debden Minds which is a bespoke CPD programme focusing primarily on the development of teaching & learning. We provide exceptional career progression for staff, which leads to our Middle and Senior Leadership teams being composed of many teachers who began their career with us. We lead the Essex hub of the TKAT SCITT.
