Role purpose To answer incoming calls, greet visitors and provide general administration support. Key responsibilities Answering incoming calls & transferring to the appropriate staff member or passing a message via email. Meet & greet clients, make sure they sign in and show them through to meeting room. Checking supplies & ordering stationery. Building maintenance: arranging for contractors to quote for any work that needs to be done & when appropriate arrange a time and date for work to be completed. Arrange routine servicing of boiler, air con, fire alarm, burglar alarm etc. Admin support, includes sending policy documents to clients and issuing receipts. Send out Mail shots. Collating & sending out any Speculative letters. Other admin duties where necessary.
