As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Your activities will include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and we are looking for someone with a genuine smile who can connect with customers and make them feel valued.
Ideal candidates will be friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful, with the ability to work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential. You should be able to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
