We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive with Electrical Wholesale experience to join our team at our Basildon Branch. You will need to be self-driven, a good communicator, and have solid commercial skills.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the sales strategy to take your business forward
* Manage customer enquiries efficiently and take their orders
* Generate new business by making outbound prospect calls
* Take ownership of delivering for your customer and maintaining high service standards
Your time will be split between managing existing accounts – including upselling, providing technical product advice, and finding new business.
Skills & Requirements:
* Carry yourself with professionalism at all times
* Deep understanding of prospecting and a track record of developing strong relationships with customers
* Strong communication skills including listening, verbal, and written
* Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
* Ability to use own initiative and work proactively
* Goal driven, resilient, and organised
