Job Title: Fluent German or Swiss German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Home Based / St Neots, Cambridgeshire, England
Remote: The role will be remote based with 1 day per month in the office for training.
A fantastic success story, our client is expanding and looking to recruit a Fluent German speaking Customer Care Advisor who enjoys Customer Service and Teamwork. It is a busy environment working with other German Speaking Customer Care Advisors who all speak a variety of European languages. The Fluent German Speaking Customer Care Advisors will be talking exclusively to their German customers; taking service calls; resolving customer queries from enquiry to order, delivery, and payment - ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached.
Responsibilities:
1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
2. Must be fluent in both oral and written German (or Swiss German) and English.
3. Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers.
4. Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
5. Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning.
This role will be home-based; however, candidates must be able to travel to the office approximately 1 day per month - the office is based in the St Neots, Cambridgeshire area. Candidates that wish to relocate can possibly be offered assistance and support. The role is shift based and will involve a rotational shift pattern.
