Job summary Job Title: Head of Human Resources Hours of Work: Part or Fulltime (30-37.5 hours per week) Remuneration: £65,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience Contract Length: Permanent Accountable to: Chief Executive Officer Accountable for: 2x HR Assistants Location: Usually 48 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TY and occasionally other locations in Haringey Interview date: 18th November 2024 (Face to Face) Main duties of the job This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated HR professional to lead the HR function within Haringey GP Federation; a dynamic, younger organisation dedicated to the provision of high quality primary and community healthcare in Haringey. The role will be key in progressing our People Strategy including enhancing colleague experience throughout the employment life cycle and supporting the development of the knowledge of HR processes and skills across the organisation. They will provide expert advice to the Executive Management Team and support to all levels of the organisation in the management of HR related matters. The successful candidate will have first class generalist HR skills and excellent communication abilities. They will be highly effective in applying theory to practice and in implementing change. They will have worked in dynamic service industries (optimally but non-essentially within healthcare) and have a proven track record in managing teams, positively influencing others and maintaining a strong and positive culture.
