Package
From £12.00 per hour depending on experience
What’s involved?
Reception duties will include but not limited to:
5. Checking guests in and out
6. Taking reservations for room bookings
7. Assign rooms (Walk-in’s)
8. Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving any customer complaints
9. Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
10. Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis
Requirements:
11. Minimum of 12 months hotel experience from a 3Star + background
12. Flexibility to work on weekends.
13. Have a friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
14. Ability to work in the UK. – no sponsorships provided
15. Available immediately with no prior commitments including holiday and able to commit for a min. of 4 weeks.
16. MUST have experience of Opera
