Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant
Reports to: Commercial Director
Job Overview
The Sales & Marketing Assistant supports marketing campaigns, content creation, and all activities designed to promote the Damia Group brand. Responsibilities include managing social media, coordinating email campaigns, assisting with events, and analysing marketing data to drive engagement and visibility.
Day to day responsibilities would include:
1. Assist in the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
3. Support the organisation and execution of marketing events, conferences, exhibitions and webinars.
4. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and transportation.
5. Attend internal and external events as required.
6. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and case studies.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
8. Collect and analyse data to assist in developing marketing strategies.
9. Prepare reports and presentations as required.
We're looking for someone with:
1. 1+ year of experience in a marketing role ideally within a Recruitment driven environment
2. Confident Microsoft Office skills
3. Natural inquisitiveness and an analytical leaning
4. Proficient in the use of CRM tools, such as HubSpot, SourceWhale, Vincere
5. Experience with LinkedIn posting, analytics reporting and ideally managing a company page
6. Great communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong commitment to quality and standards
8. High attention to detail
9. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
10. The ability to prioritise own workload
11. The ability to work independently but also be a stellar teamworker!

We have embraced a hybrid working environment with our typical working week consisting of 3 days in our Guildford office and 2 days working from home.
