The role can be primarily remote and allows you the flexibility to have a great work/life balance, requiring onsite presence once a month at a minimum.

What’s involved in the role?
* Heading up the agency’s client services function, managing and inspiring a team of Account Directors and Account Managers, developing account plans, driving performance and ensuring best practice process is followed.
* Acting as the strategic lead and senior contact for existing and new clients, consulting on marketing strategy and developing proposals, supporting your team where necessary.
* Responsibility for financials and forecasting, achieving growth targets based on nurturing existing client relationships.
* Being accountable for client satisfaction; both measuring and improving.
* Taking responsibility for fostering a high-energy, motivated, empowered, and engaged account management team, supporting professional development and maintaining Pod’s culture.
