The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations, overseeing technical support, and driving IT initiatives that align with business goals. You will play a key role in shaping the company's IT landscape, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance and support across all technical functions. Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives. Oversee the maintenance and security of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems. Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices are followed. Implement and oversee IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify and implement technology improvements. Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT services. Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Provide hands-on technical support when required, assisting with escalated IT issues. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in an IT management role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices. Experience with cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments. Knowledge of cyber security principles and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
