TIS - Service Team Coordinator
Turf Irrigation Services (Scotland) Ltd (TIS) was formed in 1994 and has grown and diversified to cover all aspects of water management. TIS regularly works in conjunction with sports ground construction companies as part of larger projects and with many local authorities.
Having been recently purchased by the M J Abbott Group, TIS is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team to coordinate the Service Team, along with office administration, reporting to the TIS Directors and liaising with the finance team.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Linlithgow.
Key Skills Required:
* Computer literate, Microsoft Office, experienced or willing to be trained in different software packages
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

* To be proactive always looking to improve processes and procedures
* High level of professionalism and integrity
* Full driving license required
Detailed Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate service engineers for visits and quotes for this work
* Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them where appropriate.
* Monitor and manage email inboxes
* Sales order entry and processing
* Purchase order entry and processing
* Sales invoicing
* Forwarding purchase invoices to the accounts team
* Gather timesheets from staff and populate the payroll spreadsheet
* Collating credit card receipts from staff and entering transactions onto focal point (portal)
* Monitoring of deliveries and advising customers on delivery dates/ times
* Monitoring of back orders from suppliers and outstanding customer sales orders
* Hire and off hire plant, order fuel and transport for work sites
* Prepare updated service contracts annually
* Assist with travel and accommodation bookings
* Filing as required
Desired experience:
* Experience of coordinating on-site teams
* Previous experience as an office administrator
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Please note that the office is dog friendly and there is at least one dog in the office daily.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
