Job Overview
The Project Manager will be working within Hydro International's UK Wastewater Services (UKWWS) team. We support water utility companies by improving sewage sites across the United Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced/qualified Project Manager to join us at our Nottingham branch.
In this job you will…
1. Lead commercial reviews and agree terms for all new projects.
2. Take ownership of accurate cost monitoring and reporting across multiple projects.
3. Identify areas of risk in relation to both scope and commercial terms and develop mitigation plans with the projects team.
4. Take ownership of monthly status reports in relation to project profitability, overspend, and sales revenue planning.
5. Maximise sales opportunities by offering innovative solutions to customers and encouraging all personnel to do the same.
6. Utilize a consultative, problem-solving approach and offer an engineering solution leading to excellent customer satisfaction.
About You
1. Current Valid Driving License.
2. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or an engineering discipline.
3. Experience working with engineering contracts, preferably under NEC3 & NEC4.
4. Operating GANNT charts.
5. Strong background in M&E or construction projects.
6. Success in delivering engineering projects to tight deadlines.
