About the Role: As a PE Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality physical education and inspiring students to develop a love for fitness and sports. Key Responsibilities of PE Instructor: Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged. Teach a range of physical activities to students in Key Stage 3 (Ages 11-14) and Key Stage 4 (Ages 14-16). Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events, fostering a sense of enthusiasm and teamwork. Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the PE curriculum and support student development. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate. Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices. Requirements of PE Instructor: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching physical education is essential. Early Career Teachers (ECT) are welcome to apply. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in physical education.
