Role Overview: Agri-Lloyd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in one of our regional locations within the UKto drive the territory's short, medium, and long-term development. The key objective is to achieve or exceed the regions sales plan.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensuring the overall sales plan for the region
Managing Sales Agents
Preparing annual sales plans
Becoming proficient with the company CRM system and keeping it up to date
Attending relevant trade shows and farmer meetings
Daily reporting
About You:
At least 3 years of sales management experience
Understanding and passion for the agricultural industry
Good understanding of concept selling
Natural rapport builder at all levels
Ability to lead a team effectively
