An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant within our Corporate PMO Team. The CPMO support a diverse range of programmes and projects across NHS Forth Valley to deliver key organisational priorities, with a particular focus on approaches that increase both the value and quality of services.
This particular post will have a focus on supporting delivery of the Value Based Health and Care Programme.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated person who will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support services to the CPMO team.
Challenges include managing a varied and diverse workload and ensuring the provision of a high quality, comprehensive and timely administration support function. The post holder will have the opportunity to access appropriate training, dependent on their individual requirements.
You will have and Higher National Certificate in a relevant subject or relevant experience in office administration, gained in a busy office. You will also be proficient in the use of standard office software packages and experience of working at pace in a complex and dynamic environment.
You must evidence ability to work well with others, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a well-developed organisational ability. Previous experience in providing administration support in a project environment is desirable.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
