Join us as a Senior Manager for the Venues, Channels and Communications Control team. In this role, you will assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework to support the mitigation of operational, financial, and reputational risks. You will be key in supporting the articulation and design of controls across the Venues, Channels, and Communications team, providing first-line in-person support for Markets and Banking Business Stakeholders.
To be successful as a Senior Manager in this team, you should have:
1. Experience in Project Management and excellent presentation skills.
2. Experience and understanding of Business Communications channels (e.g., Bloomberg), trading channels, and venues knowledge.
3. Strong Stakeholder Management experience.

Accountabilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve control effectiveness through documentation of assessments, procedures, and findings.
2. Identify and investigate potential weaknesses within internal controls to promote continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
3. Develop reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to control owners and senior management.
4. Review the effectiveness of the bank's internal controls framework in line with policies, regulations, and best practices.
5. Ensure adherence to the Barclays Controls Framework and appropriate control assessment methodologies.
