What’s the Role: Relief Support Worker
What It Takes: An important part of the staff role is to support our service users who have complex needs and help them to manage their emotions. The ability to be resilient, communicate effectively, and utilize a variety of communication tools is essential.
Our dedicated staff team supports our service users to learn and develop their independence skills, which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, and taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role, and we encourage staff to use their humour, sense of fun, and creativity in supporting our service users with day-to-day life.
Where You Would Work: Coombe House, Kidderminster
Coombe House is a 12-bedded Nursing Home for adults with severe learning and physical disabilities and complex health needs. Coombe House is well established and highly regarded by commissioning teams and the wider MDT with support from community clinical teams. It is set on a quiet road in a beautiful Edwardian property, close to the town centre and local amenities.

Salary Details:
Relief hours: £10.42 per hour
*Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies*
*Please note all applicants must already hold the legal right to work within the UK and a full valid UK driving license.
