Our client is recruiting for a fantastic Nursery Practitioner to join their vibrant and established nursery! What you'll be doing:
1. Creating engaging and fun activities that spark children's curiosity and encourage their development.
2. Building strong relationships with children and their families, fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere.
3. Observing and recording children's progress, identifying their individual needs and supporting their learning journey.
4. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
5. Working collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inspiring learning environment.
6. Bringing your creativity and passion to every day, making a real difference in the lives of young children.
What you'll need:
1. A minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
2. A genuine love for working with children and a passion for early years education.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and adults.
4. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. A new DBS check will be required.
