Key responsibilities will include managing meeting schedules, preparing and organising documents, reports, and presentations, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly, maintaining and updating office systems, records, and databases, assisting with event planning and coordination as needed, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders and supporting to maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.
