What You’ll Be Doing As Fabrication Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership : Managing and motivating the fabrication team to meet production targets safely and efficiently. Safety Management : Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safe systems of work. Operational Oversight : Coordinating plant, materials, and equipment to meet production demands. Training and Development : Supporting the team with training, including apprentices, to ensure high standards of safety and competence. Compliance and Documentation : Completing all required paperwork, including permits and safety records, accurately and on time. Communication : Keeping production management and staff updated on progress and addressing issues as they arise. Administrative Duties : Managing daily, weekly, and monthly check sheets to maintain compliance with company standards.
