Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Assistant

End date: 28th June
Days: Working 5 out of 7 days including weekends on a rotational basis
Hours: 10.00am - 6.00pm
Hourly rate: £12.40
About the Role: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in upholding this client's brand's reputation for outstanding service. You will handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, web chat, and social media. Full training will be provided to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of their product offers, ranges, and services. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls
Answering email enquiries with an email template
Providing customer service
