We ae looking for someone who is truly driven, positively bursting with enthusiasm, and exceptionally skilled at delivering first-class customer service. You will need to be well-organised with retail administration and manual handling tasks, possess strong management abilities, customer service acumen, creative flair (for example designing shop window displays), and the ability to remain calm under pressure to achieve targets and ensure our Orpington shop operates smoothly and efficiently. This role will encompass a diverse range of duties to keep the shop running like clockwork, from the physical handling of stock and donations to the confident use of both our internal systems and external platforms. You will need to be comfortable and confident working with computers, as well as with team members and independently.
