Oyster have partnered with an established Property Investor with circa £200million of Assets under management. The portfolio consists of Retail, Office & mixed use all located within the M25 & some Central London.
They have a team of just over 20 staff covering Property, Asset, Investment Management & finance all in house.
They are looking to hire an Asset Manager into the Commercial team.
My clients acquisition sweet spot is circa £10million, they actively seek out refurb & value add opportunities across the portfolio. They are highly acquisitive with capital ready to deploy over the next year to align with their ambitious expansion plans.
Main responsibilities of the position will include,
* Proactively monitoring, negotiating and dealing with tenants’ lease events including rent reviews, break clauses and lease expires.
* Familiarity with standard commercial lease terms and ability to fully interpret lease terms from leasing documents.
* Oversee section 20, 25 & 26 notices.
* Instruct and monitor letting agents on vacant commercial properties.
* Actively seek out value add opportunities across the portfolio.
This is an ideal position for an individual looking for more autonomy & the ability to creatively add value to an existing & new portfolio.
My client is looking to pay up to £65,000 plus a discretionary bonus, hybrid working policy & 32 days annual leave. Being a pivotal hire if your aspirations are above, a conversation is still to be had.
Exposure to commercial asset management is essential for the position, experience with Qube is preferable & MRICS is not essential.
