Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Project Manager for our public sector client on a 6-month contract basis.
1. Job type-6 Months contract
2. Pay- £45.45 Umbrella
3. Location - Hybrid. Remote working with a base in Lewes, with cross site working across Sussex at times
Key duties and responsibilities
4. Relevant experience working in a health or local government setting; good understanding of decision-making procedures.
5. Understanding of challenges around the Planned Care, Urgent and Unscheduled Care agendas and the national and local drivers for change.
6. Experience of successfully implementing change in a complex multi organisational environment with a wide range of stakeholders and professional groups.
7. Experience of using project management methodology - preferably certified.
8. Delivering complex projects with Board level engagement
9. Management and delivery of reports at Board level including financial analysis
10. Communicating complex/technical
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
11. Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of organisational and cultural boundaries, maintaining a clear sense of objectives and purpose
12. Ability to provide vision and direction in a compelling way to individuals and teams to ensure project team delivers to schedule.
13. Ability to analyse and review complex facts and information and develop a range of options to support decision making.
14. Ability to facilitate constructive discussion and debate which leads to the formulation of action plans.
15. Ability to influence and gain commitment from key stakeholders
16. Ability to produce complex written project briefs and reports, with supporting analysis, to support the decision-making functions.
17. Strong presentation skills and an ability to assist in the presentation of complex information to a wide audience.
18. Advanced IT and keyboard skills for data manipulation, report production and analysis in a variety of programmes
Desirable:
19. APMP
20. MSP (Managing successful programmes)
21. ITIL (IT infrastructure library) Foundation level
Qualifications / Training
22. Educated to Master's level or equivalent. · Track record of delivering to PRINCE II methodology
23. PRINCE 2 Practitioner Certified · Facilitating change/service
