In this role you will work directly with a fantastic and diverse portfolio of clients, providing them with operational HR support. No two days will be the same as you manage a broad range of employee relations case work as well as delivering training and operational support. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience and has particular experience in holding and chairing employee relations meetings. You will have a strong customer-focused attitude and be comfortable working independently and liaising directly with business owners and senior management. You will have lots of initiative, excellent communication and an attention to detail. Being willing to get stuck in with a variety of tasks and embracing no two days ever being the same is a must Working in a consultancy can be different to working in-house due to the varied nature of clients and work, as well as the need to ensure client service levels are maintained. We will provide full training, but you will need to be comfortable with this type of work whether through experience or by demonstrating a real willingness to develop these skills.
