We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team based at our Head Office in Lutterworth. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the UK business to define, agree and help justify requirements for change whilst finding economically viable solutions.
We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and so have experience within a similar role. You must have a broad knowledge and understanding of core business systems and functions including ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, Operational Delivery, IT Infrastructure, Workflow and Process Management, Communications, Marketing, Digital Product, IoT. As well as this you must have exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities
• Simplifying and translating the requirements of business stakeholders, turning them into viable and deliverable proposals within the constraints of the project delivery programme. Helping to build business cases when directed by the Project Manager.
• Mapping and review of business processes and subsequent design of solutions to meet the demands of the change programme. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficient use of software systems or their enhancement if warranted.
• Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, partners and IT colleagues in agile development of software where possible. Where agile methods are not used, developing clear, accurate and unambiguous requirement specifications for the assigned project to ensure designs are fit for purpose and objectives will be met.
• Support colleagues in the design and technical specifications for subsequent development, testing and implementation.
• Communicate objectively and with clarity, managing expectations and project workload within the team and business. Adhering to Project delivery timelines and constraints.
• Support QA testing, guide and assist participants in User Acceptance Testing and go-live processes. Triage problems arising and assist in their closure to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Have a broad knowledge of enterprise software systems and maintain a good working knowledge of all the systems in use across the group.
• Act as IT representative on relevant business forums, participating and promoting best practise and relating to the IT strategy.

• Holder or working towards BCS Business Analysis Diploma / certification
• Experienced in dealing with functional and non-functional requirements
• Broad knowledge and understanding of systems including ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, Operational Delivery, IT Infrastructure, Workflow and Process Management, Communications, Marketing, Digital Product, IoT
Desirable
• Knowledge of rental businesses and their systems and processes
• Thorough understanding of agile and waterfall project methodologies
• Familiarity with database structures and design
• Experience with developing systems integration requirements
