From concept to completion, their name stands for quality, creativity, and a hands-on, client-focused approach.As they continue to grow, I'm recruiting for a forward-thinking Operations Manager to help drive the next chapter of their success.________________________________________The Role:This is a senior, hands-on position reporting directly to the business owners. You'll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations across their two UK sites, managing a team of 19 skilled staff in both production and administration. Your focus will be on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, managing people and resources, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across both sites, ensuring efficiency and high standards Lead and develop a the production team.
