Your Role As a Maths teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring all students are challenged and supported in achieving their best. Inspire a passion for mathematics, fostering problem-solving skills and critical thinking in students. Regularly assess and track student progress, adapting your teaching to meet their individual needs. Contribute to the development and implementation of a stimulating and engaging Maths curriculum. Establish and maintain high expectations for student behaviour and achievement within the classroom. Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices for effective teaching. Participate in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events.
