This is a full-time office-based position working Monday to Friday, hours: 8:00 - 17:00 with a 1 hour break. Key duties & responsibilities Leading excellent in customer service Ensuring all orders are despatched same day to warehouse Monitor couriers on time deliveries and report any instances to the operations team if required Manage the customer service tickets to ensure repairs and services are monitored within your timelines Monitor equipment repairs and warranties and communicate manufacturer delays to Procurement Manage the support, sales, learn inboxes and ensure responses are made within 24hours Monitor back orders and ETAs Communication with the sales team of operation changes Weekly reporting for customer services manager Required qualifications, knowledge, experience & skills IT literate with strong knowledge of Word and Excel Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Quick and accurate typing skills Excellent time management and organisation skills Ability to work both on your own and within a team as required Excellent problem-solving abilities Only suitable candidates will be directly contacted about this position, and we will not store or process the data of candidates in any way unless consent has been obtained.
