Marketing Executive / Junior Marketing Manager At Lancia, we’re always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available people to our team. We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive / Junior Marketing Manager to help us refine and deliver our marketing plan across Europe. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 3-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, and proficiency with SEO and CRM systems. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, working closely with our global marketing team, leaders, team members and key partners. Location: Belfast, Bristol or London Key Responsibilities: You will adopt, refine, and deliver the LC Europe marketing plan in line with our go-to-market strategy, plan, and priorities. This will include the following: Be a brand guardian – working in collaboration with marketing colleagues to maintain and improve consistency, tone, assets, and templates in line with the brand identity, culture, and business offerings. Support refinement of our messaging framework and campaign planning in line with our business targets. Collaborate with a global marketing function across Europe, APAC, and South Africa. Manage the Europe marketing plan, diving into key disciplines including copy, creative, social channel management, and sales enablement. Shape and deliver high-quality, relevant, impactful content for our online and offline channels – including web, social, events, papers, awards & case studies. Implement and drive marketing campaigns – from website to social channels, events & webinars, and more targeted account-based marketing. Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions. Maintain and improve measurement and reporting frameworks and tools to drive insight and effectiveness in campaign execution, investment spend, and lead generation. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client preferences. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands; Project management skills to handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously. Happy to work closely with our team at all levels, as well as with key suppliers and partners. Passion for self-learning and personal development. Analytical skills to measure the success of campaigns and digital content. Creative thinking to develop engaging marketing concepts.
