At Priory, we are seeking an ambitious and passionate CQC Registered Manager to lead the reopening of our service, supporting individuals with autism and trauma-informed care. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the service, build a strong team, and ensure the highest quality of care for the people we support. This Service is a 7 bed service.
About the Role:
As our Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the service forward. You and your team will support individuals to achieve their goals, develop their skills, and gain confidence through community engagement and tailored support. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
2. Overseeing all aspects of the home, including budgets, quality, and compliance
3. Ensuring regulatory standards are met and exceeded
4. Driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery
5. Creating a positive and supportive environment for both staff and individuals
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a motivated and resilient leader who is committed to providing high-quality care and developing an exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:
6. Previous managerial experience in a similar care setting
7. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
8. A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership
9. Excellent decision-making, organisational, and communication skills
10. A flexible, solution-focused mind-set and a “can-do” attitude
