If you're someone who thrives on creating engaging content, driving brand visibility, and analysing digital strategies, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create compelling and relevant multimedia content, including posts, videos, infographics, and more, tailored to each platform and audience. Collaborate with various teams to align social media efforts with overarching marketing campaigns. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance and setting target audiences. Regularly update website content and blog posts to keep information fresh and engaging. Coordinate with multiple teams to gather content, updates, and property information for marketing materials. Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, and audience segmentation. Provide support for high-profile marketing publications and promotional materials. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of marketing tasks, including reporting, content creation, and general administrative duties. Key Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or social media role, either in-house or with an agency. A deep passion for social media and digital marketing trends, and a desire to stay ahead of industry developments. Hands-on experience with social media management tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms. Proven ability to create engaging content across social media channels, as well as the ability to manage multiple social media accounts. Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or similar tools. Proficiency in using WordPress for website content management. Ability to analyse metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies. Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing paid social media ads and campaigns through platforms such as Meta Business. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of or interest in the property industry. Experience in editing digital video content and managing online reputations. A full driving license is a plus. Ability to assist in organizing networking events or marketing initiatives. Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive, self-starting individual who enjoys generating new ideas.
