Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit 2 full-time Band 4 Quality Assurance Facilitators to join a dynamic team within the Nursing and Governance Directorate.
You will be required to provide support to the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Lead and Quality Compliance Team, maintaining standard systems and processes set out by the Trust. The successful candidate will need to have good keyboard skill and be able to confidently collect and analyse a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data. The ability to communicate verbal and written information effectively to both clinical and non-clinical staff will also be essential and the candidate will have a good educational background to A-level or equivalent (including NVQ level 4 or equivalent NHS experience). The post holder will have some working experience in a clinical or information environment.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the Quality Assurance Facilitator would be assisting with undertaking clinical audit projects and ensuring the delivery of a robust Clinical Audit Programme for the Trust.
