Business Development Manager - Hybrid - Leatherhead - Permanent
Location: Hybrid (Leatherhead - 2 office days: Wed & Thu)
Salary: Basic £45K | OTE £62K+ (Uncapped potential)
The Role
My Client is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close high-value deals. You'll work with senior decision-makers across industries, offering tailored digital marketing solutions to drive growth.
What You'll Do
1. Develop and execute a winning sales strategy
2. Identify and engage potential clients via outreach and networking
3. Deliver compelling pitches and proposals (virtual & in-person)
4. Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
5. Work with internal teams to craft the best digital marketing strategies
6. Utilize HubSpot CRM for pipeline management
7. Attend industry events and use social selling techniques
What We're Looking For
1. Proven B2B sales & business development experience (preferably in digital marketing or SaaS)
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
3. Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media, content)
4. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
5. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
