Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: c. £25,000 pa
Contract: Permanent
Location: Warwick CV34, hybrid | 2 WFH, 3 in office.
Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w
Coventry Reed Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be representing a well-established company in Warwick.
Our client is steadily growing and is looking for an extra 3 x Customer Service Advisors to join their existing close-knit team.
Membership Support Advisor duties include:
* 1st point of call for the Members
* Providing legal support to the Members (full training given)
* Escalate legal queries where applicable
* Promote factsheets and policy guidance to members
* Log accurate data on the CRM system
* Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates
* Keep up to date with relevant policies & legislations within our client's sector
The phonelines operate from 10am until 4pm to ensure that the advisors have time to deal with any outstanding queries/admin duties.
Membership Support Advisor person specification:
The person would be:
1. Exquisite customer service skills
2. Clear and eloquent communication skills
3. Good researching skills and experience
4. Looking for a long-term career
Other essential skills and experience needed:
* Professional manner
* Customer service experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure/in a fast-paced environment
* Eager to self-develop to continue being the expert in your field
