About The Role and Person
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Employer Engagement Advisor to join the College's Business Development Unit. The post holder will help to plan prospecting campaigns, sales activities and employer engagement to generate new leads. This is an important role in developing the College's apprenticeships and short course provision by helping the College to achieve its ambitious growth targets.
The post holder will maximise opportunities for growth and income generation by engaging with employers and maximising sales and achieving recruitment targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with employers, acting as their main point of contact resulting in excellent account management for existing and new employers.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in a sales environment, preferably, but not essential, in an educational setting. They will have a good understanding of customer service and building relationships with employers. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders are also essential.
