They enable businesses to achieve business assurance (BA) – which is the availability, reliability, and responsiveness of their critical services, so they can maintain their competitive edge. They are looking for an Internal Sales Operations Specialist to the support the business internally with the strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve corporate revenue goals. Working within an assigned territory the mission of this role will be to analyse the authenticity of every deal and support the business and all stakeholders throughout the sales cycle to help accelerate sales. Provide Presales Support and Assist sales in opportunity / quote creations and selling strategy, undertaking risk analysis Drive internal deal reviews with key departments such as legal, order operations, logistics and channel Partner with account managers and sales management to provide customers with appropriate level of sales and technical support including quotations, product configurations, competitive positioning, references, etc. to meet the customer's needs Sales Support with key clients & resellers as part of a strategic sales plan Optimize and scale sales processes to increase productivity, revenue booking, accurate forecasting as well as improve CRM usage and compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field is required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in sales analytics or sales operations. At least 2 years of Salesforce.com experience is required. Finance experience is a plus. Quick learner with excellent computer application skills and the ability to learn and apply new applications. Strong planning and organisational skills; must be able to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines. Strives and drives for results with a strong desire to contribute.
