What you'll be doing…
Do you have a background in Quality Assurance with strong collaborative working abilities? We at Go.Compare are on the hunt for an individual with a passion for Quality Assurance and an excellent eye for detail to join our team.
As a Quality Assurance Assistant under the Go.Compare brand you will ensure a top tier and consistent service is provided to our customers while delivering QA objectives for the customer service and operations department.
You'll be supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in the delivery of business critical objectives as part of a supportive and dynamic team. You will be required to support managers in improving QA approaches and procedures. Providing input to sampling plans to help address areas of risk, using insight gained from discussing observations with front line teams. You'll be conducting clear, fair and accurate reviews before submitting accurate and concise records.
As a Quality Assurance Assistant you will ensure a satisfactory and consistent service is provided to business partners and customers through quality monitoring work against company, FCA and other regulatory processes and procedures all while ensuring the knowledge of the relevant teams within the department is maintained.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
1. Experience working within a quality assurance role or similar experience gained through work experience all while adhering to company deadlines and SLA’s.
2. Ability to effectively train and coach team members.
3. A strong understanding of the insurance industry.
4. Have an understanding of the role of regulation, conduct risk and reputational risk, within financial services.
5. Insurance Industry/Financial Services Knowledge/Experience.
6. Knowledge of complaint handling, consumer duty and FCA/Ombudsman regulations.
