Joseph Leckie Academy are seeking a force to be reckoned with, to join our team as a Physics and Science Teacher who will radiate dedication and enthusiasm for their subject area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
* Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher.
* Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
* Contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
* To share and support the Academy’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
* Support and maintain collaborative relationships with staff and external professionals.
* The successful candidate must hold QTS or equivalent and an honours degree in Physics, Chemistry or Biology.
