About the Role: We're looking for a dynamic and motivated TLSE Coordinator to join our team in the School of Medical Sciences. As a key member of our School Teaching, Learning, and Student Experience (TLSE) team, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional experience for our students across our Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught programmes of study. You’ll coordinate the work of the Assessment & Progression team, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality services that include organising assessments, managing exams, quality assurance, results publication and ensuring smooth delivery of examination boards. You’ll also get the chance to support innovative projects that push boundaries and enhance service delivery across the School and University. What You’ll Do: Supervise and coordinate a dedicated team of professionals in the successful management of assessment and progression activities. Collaborate with academic and professional service colleagues across the School, Faculty, and University to foster a strong, student-focused environment. Take ownership of exam delivery, assessments, results publication, and beyond ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. Drive continuous improvement by supporting exciting projects that enhance processes and contribute to the future of education. Promote a unified culture across academic and professional services, making a meaningful difference to the lives of students.
