We are currently seeking two Registered Managers to lead new children’s homes, offering a fantastic opportunity to establish and develop services that will provide life-changing support for young people.

The Role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring that young people receive high-quality care in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the home, ensuring compliance with all Ofsted and safeguarding regulations.
* Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people.
* Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans, promoting positive emotional and behavioural development.
* Recruit, train, and lead a team of residential support workers, ensuring high standards of care.
* Work in partnership with external agencies, including social services, education providers, and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure the home maintains a minimum ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, striving for continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to ensure the effective running of the home.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
* A minimum of two years’ experience managing a children’s residential home.
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding legislation, and trauma-informed care.
* A proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and multi-agency collaboration skills.
* A full UK driving licence is essential
