Sales Support Executive

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Base salary up to £30,000 + commission structure
OTE circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Hereford
Our client is a market leader within their specific field of work and is internationally recognized for supporting businesses all over the globe. They are on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic team player, who's seeking personal growth and development within the engineering sector. This role will involve a large number of administrative tasks, so you will need to be computer/systems savvy and someone who can multi-task and keep trackers on daily tasks.
This role offers career growth and will lead into a more customer care-based role where you will be front-line support, working in a more reactive capacity (taking incoming calls, processing orders internally & online through the company system, and much more).
Ideal Candidate Background:
1. Administrator or Sales/Business support from a commercial background.
2. Well organized and able to track own workload throughout the day.
3. Experience of working with CRM sales tools, and processes (ERP system experience would be advantageous).
4. Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment.
5. Someone who is happy to internally progress chase and follow up with any outstanding customer queries with the account management team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offering support to external/internal sales reps with quoting and following through of admin-based tasks.
2. Working with the sales team in pipeline management to ensure all opportunities are being followed through.
3. Customer interaction will include fanatical proactive follow-up, and all interactions documented on CRM.
4. Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues effectively & as quickly as possible.
5. Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with our customers and identifying growth opportunities in every interaction.
6. Help take the pressure off our stretched existing team.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in every customer interaction.
8. Efficient use of time management to get the best out of your day.
