Your Impact:
At Clearer.io, our Application Support Analysts are a critical part of our future success. We take our customer's success very seriously indeed. Our mission is to provide exceptional assistance to our customers with the highest level of quality in both product knowledge and communication skills and to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations as a result. You'll have an exciting opportunity to work in the Leicester office to shape and establish processes that support our global support teams. In this capacity, you'll be the product expert for Clearer.io and play a crucial role in providing technical support to both our internal teams and customers. Your technical acumen and customer-oriented approach are highly valued in our fast-paced startup environment.
What you’ll do:
* Gain deep expertise in the Clearer.io platform and products
* Provide customer support via email, chat, and video calls, resolving issues effectively
* Collaborate with specialists and engineering to prioritize and resolve customer requests
* Conduct training sessions for team development and onboarding
* Develop technical solutions and communicate with customers via email, web, and phone
* Work with Sales & Success to support enterprise clients, ensuring smooth configurations and account setups
* Offer clear guidance to both technical and non-technical users
* Diagnose and resolve software issues, including escalated complaints
* Document and submit bug reports and feature requests based on customer feedback
* Continuously improve documentation and resolution processes with the product team
What you’ll need:
* A thoughtful communicator who is excellent at communicating through a variety of channels that require both written and verbal skills
* Passionate about creative problem solving for customers and end users
* Self-motivated, organised and eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment
* Capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities
* Experience with APIs, Email marketing platforms, and E-Commerce platforms
