We are looking for a skilled IT Support Field Engineer to join our team at Netech IT Solutions Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly skilled and passionate about IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management, cybersecurity, and technical support. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring data security, and providing technical assistance to staff. A degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
Salary
£38,700 per year for 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Deal with day to day IT tasks on site as well as remote support
* 2nd Line support tasks including basic training where required
* Build laptops via imaging and desktop PCs with the required software and ensure they are compliant for rollout
* Keeping all computers up to date and compliant when identified
* Maintaining stock levels
* Installation of IT Hardware and networks at client side
* Make additions and changes to the systems to fulfil business requirements
* Assist other members of the team with rollouts/upgrades
* Report anything of interest/concern to line manager/head of IT Operations
* Ensure all known off boarding accounts are correctly secured
* Keep core systems maintained, i.e. central, AD, security tools and more
* Ensure tickets are assigned to the appropriate person and highlight urgent tickets
* Communicate and resolve tickets in a timely manner
* Knowledge base maintenance, additions and validation
