The Opportunity Reporting into the Strategic Operations department, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in bridging the gap between our company business needs and our technical solutions. You will work as part of a global team, headed up by our Chief Operating Officer, and work to identify issues, analyse processes and recommend solutions which enhance overall company performance. Stakeholder communication: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives and priorities, and translate these needs into detailed requirements which are understandable by Commercial, Operational and Technical teams Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring alignments and managing expectations between business goals and project deliverables Propose solutions: Analyse current business processes, across a variety of departments, and make improvement recommendations for increased efficiency Work with Technical teams to design technical solutions which support business needs Suggest new system implementations and existing system modifications, supporting with testing, deployment and user training Data analysis: Use internal data to identify trends, creating visualisation and reports to communicate findings Understand industry and process best practices to support improved efficiency and productivity Risk management: Identify potential risks or obstacles, proactively recommending solutions to mitigate Is this opportunity for you? To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success: Previous experience of working as a Business Analyst in a SaaS based environment Evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills with both Technical and Commercial stakeholders Experience in using analytic and visualisation tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, translating data into actionable insights Proven experience in improving business processes Demonstrable skills in change management, managing and guiding various seniorities of stakeholders through organisational changes Desirable Skills: Understanding or experience in SAP as a Technical User Experience in a scale up organisation is highly desirable Why join us?
