Role Purpose
The COINS Support Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day support, and maintenance of the COINS ERP system. This individual will provide COINS support, advice and guidance for internal users as well as supporting access controls, workflows, and executing the starter, mover, and leaver processes. In addition, the Support Analyst will work closely with the systems team to support the roll-out of new functionality and system enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, good knowledge of COINS ERP, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Provide COINS support, advice and guidance for internal users, resolving issues within agreed SLAs
* Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors to ensure resolution of service incidents
