Ensure that the SEN Register is up-to-date and that staff are informed about each student’s special educational needs.
Assist in the day-to-day management of the Learning Support area, creating a safe, stimulating environment for students.

Support the SENDCo in shaping and implementing the strategic vision for SEND provision, fostering a team ethos and promoting staff morale.
Oversee appraisal processes within the SEND team and contribute to the recruitment of new SEND staff.
Act as a keyworker for students with the most complex needs, providing tailored one-to-one and small group interventions.

A proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.
Experience in managing a team and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
