We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity for a second Receptionist at our rapidly expanding Audiology Clinic. The Receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting the clients, booking appointments, dealing with repairs and orders, as well as offering a provision of support to the Practice Manager and the Directors.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Taking calls, greeting clients, booking appointments, actioning repairs and general diary management.
2. Monitor appointments, ensuring that all client forms are completed before they arrive to the clinic.
3. Adding new clients to the Audiology Management System.
4. Manage, monitor, and action the info@ email inbox.
5. Assist with the administrative activities for the clinic, including generating invoices, accepting payments, and recording transactions.
6. Provide support to the Clinicians, Practice Manager and Directors members where required.
7. Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing mail and handling all correspondence ensuring that it is dealt with quickly efficiently and in line with rules and regulations.
8. Deliver excellent front line customer service to clients and suppliers.
9. Oversee the reception area to ensure efficient and effective practices are deployed and reception cover is maintained.
10. Assist the Practice Manager with monitoring all matters relating to IT, phones, printers and internet - liaising with the IT support company where required for troubleshooting.
11. Send out client letters and GP reports where requested, scan copies to the Audiology Management System and client files.
12. Assist the Practice Manager with the purchasing and monitoring of stock levels, facilities and housekeeping.
In addition to the above you will carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

Your working hours will be 37.5 hours a week, spread over 5 days, Monday to Saturday.
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year dependent on experience.
