Then you found the right position As a Client Onboarding and Documentation Regulatory Change Management Vice President within the Client Onboarding and Documentation Control’s Team, you will manage the non-financial / operational risk of Client Onboarding and Documentation Operational Utilities. It has global coverage and supports the Wholesale Know Your Client and Digital Document Services Operational Utilities (both cover multiple businesses globally) in the identification of applicable laws and regulations which impact the activities of WKO & DDS and their related risks and controls. You will be assigned on the major Firmwide programs of: (i) Office of Legal Obligations (OLO) (ii) Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) and (iii) Legal & Regulatory Change Management (LRCM). Job responsibilities Reviews and maps of applicable legal obligations to CO&D procedures Identifies processes and controls which are relevant to obligations Provides Quality Assurance to ensure consistency of quality for output from the team and also work with the CIB QA (Corporate Investment Bank Quality Assurance) team on their requests Responds and resolves items identified by QA and audit processes Keeps the process and control tagging evergreen as the underlying control framework and population of associated legal obligations evolve Tracks and resolves items that impact project goals and timelines Supports the preparation, interpretation and review of the Compliance Risk Assessments Reviews and provides impact / adherence assessments to Regulatory Event Notices and Non-CIB Policies, Procedures and Standards Develops and deploys subject matter expertise of local business activities, applicability of rules and regulations, and the local legal and regulatory framework Represents CO&D in working groups and other meetings for OLO / LRCM / CRA requirements Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Relevant experience / knowledge of financial services and financial regulations Professional, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a proven track record of execution against deliverables Excellent business judgement, particularly the ability to proactively monitor the work stream to identify issues early Excellent project management skills and ability to instill structure, process and accountability is essential Detail oriented, with a highly disciplined approach to process and quality control. Attention to detail is critical in this role Excellent interpersonal skills, comfort with working and partnering with people at all levels and across all functional areas.
